Kongo Ultranationalist Mouvement
Jean Kiala-Inkisi has played a significant role in cultural and political advocacy for the BaKongo people. In 2020, he founded Kongo Ultra, a far-right ultra-nationalist movement committed to preserving the cultural identity, language, and traditions of the BaKongo, while advocating for their reunification across national borders.
Kongo Ultra emphasizes action, education, and patriotism. Kiala-Inkisi maintains connections with the Royal Family in Mbanza-Kongo, Angola, and the Kimpavita Brigade. The movement also supports other BaKongo organizations, including the Front for the Liberation of the Enclave of Cabinda (FLEC), which campaigns for the independence of Cabinda, and Bundu dia Kongo, which advocates for the restoration of the Kongo Kingdom.
His dedication to the BaKongo cause reflects his desire to see the people united and empowered in the face of growing threats to their cultural heritage and territorial sovereignty. Through Kongo Ultra, Kiala-Inkisi aims to foster a sense of pride and unity among future generations of BaKongo, ensuring the preservation of their history and the protection of their ancestral lands.
The Betrayal of the BaKongo People and the Struggle for Future Allies
The BaKongo people have been betrayed multiple times throughout history. First by the Portuguese, who lured us into Catholicism with their cunning tricks, only to enslave, exploit, and even kill us. Then by the Russians, who initially supported us in our fight for independence, even sending Che Guevara to Cabinda. However, they later aligned themselves with the communist-leaning regimes of Brazzaville and Luanda.
Then there were the Americans. The CIA supported Cabinda for a long time because it fit their Cold War strategy against Luanda. Yet, they placed Bundu Dia Kongo on the international list of terrorist organizations. The Americans betrayed us just as they did with the Kurds. Furthermore, they have always supported the colonizers.
The question that arises in 2024 within the ultra-nationalist movement is: who will openly support us in the future? Will it be the Americans, the Russians, or the Chinese? Certainly not Portugal, Belgium, or France, as they are the root cause of all our suffering. One cannot continue to support dictators forever. The balkanization of Central Africa will inevitably come one day. The question remains: who will be the first to claim access to Central Africa via the Atlantic Ocean?
Independence, Not Separatism: The Balkanization of Central Africa
When we talk about the balkanization of Central Africa, many Congolese in the Republic of Congo, the DRC, and the diaspora begin to shudder. However, most of these fearful individuals come from other ethnic groups because they know all too well how much they have benefited from us. They fear that, as independent nations, they will face economic decline.
Other ethnicities, and even former colonial powers, often claim that separatism is a new phenomenon. But this is not separatism; it is a movement for independence. And it's not something recent. It is a 500-year-old wound. To deny this is to dishonor the truth.

The BaKongo people have maintained a monarchy to this day, with its royal court historically based in the capital Mbanza-Kongo, located in present-day Angola. This monarchy is one of the oldest in Central and Southern Africa, predating the old colonizer Belgium by several hundred years. Even the former colonizer Portugal no longer possesses a monarchy.
